I'm Tracy.
Author. Speaker. Soft CEO. Wife, mom, homebody, and former queen of "holding it all together."
For most of my life, I lived in performance mode. Always proving. Always doing. Always showing up for everyone but myself.
I thought if I could just be more organized, more productive, more perfect... maybe I’d finally feel at peace.
But peace doesn’t come from hustling harder. Peace comes when you stop abandoning yourself in the name of being “enough.”
So I burned it all down. And I built something softer.
There came a day when I woke up more tired than when I went to bed. I was doing all the "right" things and still feeling like I was drowning in invisible expectations.
I knew how to chase goals. I didn't know how to live.
That’s when I started asking better questions:

What if I stopped trying to fix myself?

What if rest wasn’t a reward—but a right?

What if I built a life that felt like an exhale?
And when I started living softer... I started healing.
The Soft Life Revolution isn’t a brand. It’s a rebellion. A rebellion against:

When I’m not writing or creating soulful spaces for women to come home to themselves, you’ll probably find me:
☕ Sitting by the ocean at sunrise, coffee in hand, wrapped in salty air and the sound of crashing waves and seagulls overhead. That’s my peace, my happy place.
📚 Reading a book (or three). I love getting lost in words that make me feel something real.
🌍 Traveling with my husband and daughter, swimming in new oceans, collecting stories and sunrises in places that feed my soul.
🐾 Snuggling my three pups—Cocoa, Biscuit, and Koda—because their love is constant and their joy is contagious.
💉 Getting new tattoos (because ink tells stories, too).
