I'm Tracy.

 

I've been living with ADHD & Executive Dysfunction pretty much my whole life. I was diagnosed as a child, but never medicated (and it was pretty much dismissed by my parents).

As a younger adult, I didn't even consider my ADHD. I just assumed I was "bad at being an adult" or just scattered, unorganized, and forgetful.

When I learned more about ADHD (mine being Inattentive ADHD) and Executive Dysfunction, more of the pieces began to fall into place and I realized my brain wasn't the problems - the way I was trying to go about things was the problem. The systems and structures were the problem.

They weren't designed for ME. They weren't designed for MY brain. 

So I created them. And now I'm sharing them with YOU, and I'm so excited about that - you deserve to feel seen & supported. And now you ARE.
